Balsamic Watermelon Bites
This is one of my favorite appetizers! Reminds me of the Mediterranean. You’ll love what the white balsamic adds to this delectable bite!
Ingredients:
PureHeart Mini Seedless Watermelon
Feta Cheese
White Balsamic Vinegar
Cracked Peppercorns
Instructions:
1. Cut watermelon into desired shapes. Add a drop of white balsamic to top of watermelon. Add piece of feta cut smaller than melon – a small square works well. Top with cracked pepper.
