Broiled Lobster Tails

Follow this easy recipe for fabulous lobster every time!


  • 1 Frozen Lobster Tail, 4 ounces
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste


1. Thaw lobster overnight in 1 the refrigerator or 45 minutes under cold running water. 

2. Place oven rack at the top setting. Preheat broiler. Split the top of the lobster shell with kitchen scissors. Baste with melted butter and lemon juice. Season with pepper to taste. Place lobster on a rimmed baking sheet, shell side down.

3. Place lobster under broiler. Broil 4 minutes. Turn lobster shell side up and baste. Broil 4 minutes more or until meat is opaque.
