Creamy Salmon Fillets
It doesn’t take much to make salmon delicious. This creamy, shallot-laced
recipe is a winner!


  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 1/4 Cup Shallots, sliced
  • 4 Each Salmon Fillets, 6 ounces each, skinned
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 5 Cup Half and Half
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

1. In a skillet with a lid, cook white wine and shallot slices over low heat for 3 minutes.
2. Salt and pepper salmon fillets and add to the skillet; cover and cook over low heat for
10 minutes, turning salmon fillets after 5 minutes. Remove salmon; keep warm.
3. Add heavy cream into skillet; cook over high heat until reduced by half. Add chopped
parsley and pour sauce over salmon fillets.
