Grilled Lamb Chops

Grilled Lamb Chops
Garlic, rosemary and plenty of freshly squeezed lemon juice make these lamb chops superb!


  • 2 Pounds Lamb Chops, loin or rib
  • 2 Each Lemons, juiced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, stemmed and chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper

1. Mix lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper in a glass dish or
resealable plastic bag. Add lamb chops and marinate 3 hours up to overnight.
2. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Remove lamb from marinade and place on grill.
Close lid and grill for four minutes. Turn and repeat until internal temperature
reaches 145° F for medium rare.
