Grilled Ribeye Steaks
A perfectly grilled steak is a beautiful thing! Follow these simple steps to make your steaks the best every time!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Bone-In Rib Eye Steaks
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium.
2. Remove steaks from refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling.
3. Brush steaks with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, pressing into meat.
4. Place on the grill and close lid. Grill for five minutes before turning. Flip steaks and
cook another 3-4 minutes, until desired doneness.
5. 145° F for medium rare. 160° F. for medium.
