Honey Yogurt Waldorf Salad
This is a lighter version of the traditional waldorf using yogurt and honey.
1/2 Cup Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
3 Large Apples, such as Lady Alice
3/4 Cup Celery, chopped
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/3 Cup Walnut Halves
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice and
lemon zest.
2. Cut apples into wedges. Place apples, celery and raisins in a bowl. Add dressing and
gently toss. Refrigerate.
3. Just  before serving, gently stir in walnuts.
