Mediterranean Rub Flank Steak

Flank steak benefits greatly from a marinade. This one is simple and delicious!


  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander Seed
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Flank Steak
  • 1 Each Lemon

1. In a bowl, blend spices together. Add olive oil, mix well. Rub on both sides of steak. Place
steak in a rectangular glass pan and marinate overnight.
2. Heat a ridged grill pan to medium high heat. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to 140° F. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice across the grain into think slices. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
