Mini Meatball Sub Sandwich

This one’s sure to become a family favorite. It only takes a few minutes to mix and bake the meatballs. Heat the hoagie rolls while your sauce simmers, then expect rave reviews!


  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion, very finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
  • 8 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2.  Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1/2 inch balls. Place meatballs on an un-greased baking sheets and bake until browned, about 8 minutes. Remove immediately.

3. Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in a saucepan. Add meatballs and cook until heated through. Spoon sauce onto hoagie
