Oh Baby! Baby Back Ribs
Tender baby back ribs in an hour and 10 minutes? You bet! Mouthwateringly delicious, too!
Ingredients:

  • 2 Racks Baby Back Ribs
  • Private Selection Rub
  • Barbeque Sauce
  • Aluminum Foil

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium.
2. Turn the ribs over and remove the membrane form the back. Using the rub mixture,
coat both sides of ribs with rub, pressing into the meat.
3. Place each rack onto aluminum foil and make a well sealed package. Repeat so that
ribs are double-sealed in foil.
4. Place packages on grill and close lid. After 1/2 hour, carefully turn ribs over and close
lid again for another 1/2 hour. After 1 hour, remove and carefully remove foil.
5. Place ribs back on grill and brush sparingly with barbecue sauce. Turn and repeat,
careful not to burn ribs. Close lid. Remove after 8-10 minutes and let rest before
serving.
