Oven Roasted Cauliflower
I’m as addicted to this as I am to popcorn! The roasting is the secret!
1 Large Cauliflower, about 2 lbs., cut into florets
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
White Pepper, to taste
1.Preheat oven to 425° F. Combine all ingredients except the salt and pepper. Toss and place in a lined roasting pan. I like to use a silpat liner, or nonstick foil for quick clean up. Roast until cauliflower is tender, turning once, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with sea salt and white pepper and serve.
