Pork Kabobs with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
Lemongrass and garlic flavor this succulent pork that’s served with tangy cilantro yogurt sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Gourmet Garden Garlic, divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lemongrass
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Pounds Pork, cubed into bite-sized pieces
  • Wooden Skewers
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Gourmet Garden Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Gourmet Garden Dill

Instructions:
1. Mix together olive oil, 1 tbsp. garlic, lemongrass, salt and pepper. Add pork. Toss and marinate for 2 hours to overnight.
2. Meanwhile, mix together yogurt, cilantro, 1 tsp. garlic, 1 tbsp. dill and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Preheat oven to broil. Remove pork from marinade and thread onto skewers. Broil kabobs for 8-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145° F. Serve with yogurt sauce.
