Pork Pear and Creamy Blue Cheese Salad

Pork, pear and creamy blue cheese are perfect flavors in this easy to make salad.


  • 1 Bag Mixed Greens, 8 ounces
  • 1 Pound Pork Loin, cooked and sliced
  • 2 Pears, cored and sliced
  • 2 Ounces Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 Cup Marie’s Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Hazelnuts, toasted


1. In a large mixing bowl combine the salad greens, pears, blue cheese and salad dressing; toss gently to coat. Divide onto dinner plates. Arrange pork slices on top of salads.

2. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and freshly ground pepper.
