Snap Peas with Mint
This bright and vibrant dish is a new favorite this summer!
1 Bag Snap Peas, 16 oz.
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
5 Each Mint Leaves, shredded
Sea Salt
1.Heat oil in a skillet. Add snap peas and sauté for 2 minutes. Add mint and sauté another minute. Season with sea salt and serve.
