- 4 Pounds Snow Crab Legs
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Butter
- 3 Each Lemons, wedged
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place crab legs in a roasting pan. Add a cup of water.
3. Seal tightly with aluminum foil.
4. Cook for about 20 minutes.
5. Carefully remove the foil. Serve with drawn butter and a squeeze of lemon.
