Spicy Orange Country Ribs

These ribs have the perfect touch of both sweet and heat!


  • 4 Pounds Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Hot Chili Paste


1. Preheat oven to 350. Place ribs on a foil lined shallow baking pan, and cover with another piece of foil. Bake for 1 hour.

2. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. Remove ribs from oven , drain well, and pat dry. Increase oven temperature to broil (or heat grill to medium high heat). Slather with half of sauce on baking sheet, ( or place directly onto grill).

3. Broil or grill for 5 minutes; turn, baste and repeat for another 5-7minutes.
