A hint of sesame oil, orange juice, ginger and spicy chili paste are a stellar line up in this marinade.

  • 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Chili Paste
  • 4 Bone-In Pork Loin Chops

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the rice wine vinegar, orange juice, grated ginger, olive and sesame oils, soy sauce, garlic and chili paste. Place chops in bag, seal and distribute marinade evenly over meat. Refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
2. Heat grill to high heat. Remove pork chops from bag and grill for 4-6 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145° F followed by a 3 minute rest.
