Swordfish Kabobs

Swordfish Kabobs

Marinating this meaty fish makes it perfect for your grill or broiler.


  • 1 1/2 Pounds Swordfish
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of One Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Wooden Skewers


1. Cut swordfish into 2″ cubes. Thread swordfish onto skewers. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the swordfish cubes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to broil.

3. Place on a baking sheet. Brush with additional marinade. Broil about 6 inches away from broiler for about 12 minutes, flipping several times to cook evenly. Serve with additional lemon wedges.
