Tilapia with Tzatziki Sauce

This tilapia has a crunchy outside, and the cool, creamy tzatziki complements it well with garlic and dill.


  • 1 Large English Cucumber, seeded and shredded
  • 3 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground White Pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Dill
  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil


1. Squeeze excess liquid out of the shredded cucumber. In a bowl, stir together the cucumber and yogurt. Add garlic, salt, pepper and dill. Refrigerate.

2.  Salt and pepper each side of the filet. Brush with egg white and coat with panko, pressing on to stick.

3.  Heat olive oil in skillet. Add tilapia and cook 3 minutes per 3. side. Serve with tzatziki.
