Yogurt Lime Chicken Thighs

These kabobs use thigh meat, which is tender and juicy.


  • 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken Thighs, cut into 2″ cubes
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Sea Salt
  • Metal Skewers


1. Cut chicken thighs into chunks. In a large glass bowl, add yogurt, garlic, lime juice and zest, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. Add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 1-24 hours.

2. Preheat oven to broil. Thread chicken kabobs onto skewers. Broil for 6-8 minutes, until browned.
